In his defense, how is he supposed to keep all those commie European countries separate in his brain? Denmark/Dutch, Swiss/Swedes, Austrians/Africans. If they wanted to be kept track of, they could have petitioned to join the Union like Texas did.

I don’t think the Swiss are commies. They issue you a MG you can take home on your 18th Birthday, wire every tunnel and bridge with explosives, and require new homes to have a bomb shelter.
Does not sound to commie to me

Am MG42 in 6.5×55? Now *that* would be a dream.

My deer rifle is in 6.5×55. It really is one of the greatest cartridges ever designed. 125 years after being introduced into service it provides everything I need in a medium game cartridge.

It’s a Mauser 98 action made by Zastava. Blued steel and wood. Slim sporter barrel, so it tends to drift a bit once it’s warmed up, but the cold barrel shot is always in exactly the same spot. Which is what I need in a hunting rifle because I’m not shooting groups at game animals.

The Zastava Mausers are great guns. Inexpensive, practical, functional tools that get it done.

The top and bottom rifles look good. The others are weird and have a lot of snag points for a country who would be using them with extra clothing in the winter. Sweden has some interesting ideas. It would be nice to see Europeans in america and all of the Europeans in Europe work together to fix their countries and design new things. Our people are great even separate but imagine if we all worked together? We kinda have to now that we’re being persecuted. Great posts as always, thanks.
