    Around ten years ago the Chicago Transit Authority was sued by the widow of a
    drunken Korean who was electrocuted while pissing on the third rail of a ground level El train line. I read in the local paper that she received $1M compensation because no warning sign was posted in the Korean language! Cannot make this up!
