Anyone who has worked big corporate has me them, and it brought back memories….A freshly minted MBA with a yellow “Power Tie” moving from one “Authoritative Posture” to the next, awkwardly while spewing buzzwords non stop.
By golly, he was going to teach us how to do our jobs much more efficiently by instilling a POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
He was talking to a fairly small group, none of whom had less than a decade of experience, we all managed to nod appreciatively and after a ew months he had screwed up badly enough to get promoted which was a real relief.
