Rittenhouse was charged with five felonies; first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety.

The DA was grandstanding and made a lot of political capital by overcharging, ensuring He/She/It’s reelection.
I watched the vids and once the action started Rittenhouse clearly acted in self defense.
Was he foolish for showing up at that clusterfuck with an AR15?
Yes.
Was there ANY charge that could have stuck?
Perhaps manslaughter, voluntary or involuntary because he DID show up at that clusterfuck with an AR15 and a good prosecutor could have argued that showing up at said clusterfuck armed with an AR was reckless behavior and inherently provocative.

I will note Putting down 2 feral Jewish Anfia terrorists (one of whom was a pederast that anally raped 5 boys) – Rosenbaum and Huber were both Jews – and a feral criminal junkie (Grosskreutz) in the middle of a riot, surrounded by hostile enemies attacking him (including but not limited to “Jump Kick Man”, a feral negro criminal, and Zaminsky (also a Jew) is deserving of some kind of medal.
