What I’d like to see is a nice little trail gun in .32 NAA.
Locked breech,4″ and 6″ barrels, slim and light, good adjustable sights.

SAO? Did something get into the water supply up in the Connecticut River Valley? First the Savage and now this?

It appears to be aimed at the market for the Kimber Micro 9, SIG-Sauer P938, and Springfield 911.
A quick trademark application search shows that the CSX has been in the works since at least December 2020. I still haven’t seen any patent applications though.

I didn’t look far enough back. Brett Curry has been working on this since at least 2018!
I have updated the article with the applicable patents.

I guess I don’t exactly have my finger on the pulse of the firearm market, but is the market for SAO tiny nines really jonesing for a polymer definitely-not-a-1911-but-pretty-much-works-like-one? The Springfield Hellcat was obviously aimed at the appendix carry cool kid set who wanted the capacity and size of a P365 in a hammer-fired DA/SA.
What’s this thing’s niche? Time will tell, I guess.
