Continuing the wheelgun kick, today we have a collaboration between Jim Clark, Sr. and Ron Power. They started offering the Grand Master PPC conversions of Smith & Wesson and Ruger revolvers in 1980.
As the ad states, the sight rib is a one-piece shroud for the Douglas match barrel. Power would later revert to a separate rib and underlug system for his follow-on Grand Master Deluxe conversions. The rear sight is Power’s four-position design later marketed by Wichita. This allowed the shooter to sight in the revolver for specific holds at 7, 15, 25, and 50 yards, and then dial select the given distance for each stage of the match.
