If IA found her incompetent that quickly, then why was she on the force at all?
It’s time that men stopped tolerating this nonsense out of women. If you can’t do the job, there should be no affirmative action, DEI, whatever to allow women into a team where they don’t belong.
That said, I’ve seen so much epic incompetence by cops in the area of firearms, firearms handling, etc that there are many, many cops who should not be carrying, handling, shooting, or even looking at a gun.
