That’s rough – don’t envy you. Got family in western NC that are still digging out. Once saw 32” of rain in 48 hrs in TX and got 6” of water in the house. Stay as dry as possible!

I experienced the results of flooding along the Russian River on several occasions, I was blocked in by floodwater and slides for 8 days once.
Your neighbors have their work cut out for them for the next few years, but at least there’s some good eating catfish in that water.
