Looks like Sarco has a deal on the leather scabbards for the M1 Garand. Only $40 at the time I’m posting this. The shipping was $26 for me I think so still cheaper than a lot I see on ebay or other places. Needless to say I’m pretty pleased with it. Is it heirloom quality? Probably not, but if you ever see real ones neither are they. The leather is thick and seems pretty decent quality. Smells good, none of that weird paki piss smell. As well all the stitching and rivets seem solid. Only one issue it has is one of the spring clips is formed slightly wrong so the gate doesn’t work, but for that price and the fact im not using it is fine by me. So if you’ve ever wanted one or been meaning to get one now is probably the time to get one.
