I’ve had a thing for hi powers since my early 90’s hi power squirt gun with detachable water magazines. The squirt gun barely squirt 4-feet, but swapping the magazines made it my go-to. It came with a spare. I’ve always thought the lines of these pistols are more aesthetic than the 1911. However, if you modify them, they look like hell. See link below for the detective-length shortened slide. An Officer’s Model 1911 still looks good. A Browning Hi-Power does not. I’m sure KGB’s work is excellent, this just looks like an abomination. It would have been a really cool carry piece in the 1980’s, though. That’s the only way you could justify this.
