The Pachmayr Combat Special was (and still is) the most iconic 1911 ever made. With an estimated 250 (ish) ever made, people have to die before they become available on the secondary market. This example has been fired only a handful of times. It’s one of my favorite guns, and it doesn’t even have front strap checkering or a beavertail. Explain that.
