Getting Started
Initially, shooters can subscribe to some of Federal’s most popular American Eagle loads, 115-grain 9mm Luger (AE9DP, $139.99 per month), 180-grain 40 S&W (AE40R1, $151.99 per month) and 200-grain 45 Auto, (AE45A, $169.99 per month)

Users must commit to a one-year subscription; limit one subscription per caliber per household. Early subscription cancellation incurs a $300 fee. Only available in states where it is legal to order ammunition online.

    This is a brilliant response to the massive capital costs of an ammo factory and a market with extremely spiky demand. I wish I’d thought of it.

  2. Colt needs to do this with their AR products. You get one of everything at a discounted rate. Of course, I am not their normal customer.

      A lot of companies could do more to cultivate their biggest fans. Buy in to the club, get access to good pricing on the products, invitations to events, etc.

      The product codes are 50 rd boxes, so with the stated five boxes that works out to 250 rounds a month.

          No but it puts you first in line during the next shortage and gives Federal some revenue to ride through the “famine” part of the cycle. Not to mention locking in prices for a year, which is not nothing in this volatile of a market.
