I thought I would show this to you guys before I sent it off. A bring back PAVN ( NVA) flag capture from a Vietnam vet.
The owner of SOGsite is helping the 5th Special Forces Group at Ft Cambell put together a SOG display at their museum and I am donating it along with some other Vietnam war stuff.

Right on! love captured flags and have a similar one. But i like the bunting and the unit(?) marking on it. It’s awesome that you’re donating it, but might I suggest a temporary long term loan? Used to work in the Smithsonian when I was in DC and learned a lot of hard truths about the museum field and how much that you’ll never see that is stashed away in one of the many off site storage units. Once it’s taken off display, it may never see the light of day again, and I find that kind of thing really tragic.
