I looked up the MSRP on the Colt King Cobra .22: One large ($999). That’s steep, but with a little care I could give ot to my grandkids. The Smith 617 is only $893. Oh well, I probably won’t buy either one any time soon.

No monolithic uppers listed, though I have seen one at the LGS.
I wonder what the margin is, to Colt at a grand for the 22. They are positioning as more of a premium revolver.
