Karl noted that it was built by Nelson E. Ford of The Gunsmith, Inc. shop, with additional metalwork by Chuck Rogers.
It looks like they used a first generation Para-Ordnance F14.45 frame kit. The magazine release even appears to be the original polymer model that came with those kits.
