If you were not already aware, California Democrat politicians had established a law that would have made the personal information of California firearms and ammunition owners available to non-law enforcement organizations for ‘research’ purposes.

The Firearms Policy Coalition filed suit in California and San Diego Superior Court Judge Katherine Bacal actually issued a preliminary injunction against the data sharing law.

This is a big step in the right direction to hopefully shut down this egregious abuse of power by California Democrats who are basically trying to legally dox legal gun owners.
