While moving a tree stand on his hunting lease, a hunter in Georgia was mauled by a pack of dogs.

He sustained hundreds of bite wounds and a severed ligament in his hand throughout the 15-minute attack. Eventually, he managed to fight them off by wheeling around a large stick in circular motion.

    Dog packs can be very dangerous. Even a pair of ugly dogs can give you a very bad day.

    Any ordinary self-defense pistol is a tremendous tool, though I think some states still ban carrying handguns while hunting if it’s not handgun season.
