This radical Caspian in 38 Super was made by industry innovator Fred Craig. The slide and barrel are ported on the sides and top, which reduces felt recoil, but of course means this thing is a very loud, fire-breathing dragon at the range. Craig is best known for his development of the 22TCM cartridge, exclusively for RIA pistols and rifles. It’s constructed out of 5.56 NATO parent case and 22 caliber bullet, with the approximate overall length of 38 super. The RIA 1911s in 22TCM take doublestack 38 super mags. Its standard velocity is 2800 ft/s…that shit is moving! Craig is also known for his American Handgunner (April 2004) cover gun—a gas operated Merc M11. Like I said, Craig is nothing if not outside the box. Old school cocobolo grips by Guy Hogue.

Not 100% sure but I don’t think Fred is still building pistols these days. But his buddy Greg Krebaum still is and will build you up a really, really nice and accurate double-stack race gun if you’re of a mind to have one of those contraptions.

Fred’s TCM is awesome and starting to really get popular again. Hunter Biden wanted to buy one when he illegally bought that other POS. He’s a POS by the way and so is his entire family. Also, if you voted for Biden then F U!
