Social media – letting people say things to everyone, they wouldn’t say to anyone’s face. (Except these days, of course, more and more are willing to say it in person, as they’ve grown up without consequences for being vile, at home as well as in public.)
And of course, there’s the old truism that if gun owners were as violence prone as antigunners claim, there would be far fewer antigunners around.

There are people out there that need shooting. It’s even better if they don’t have guns. I have no problems at all with shooting fish in barrels.
