Tim Dillon went to Brownells after leaving Springfield Inc. Dillon also ran STI for a time after Stan Skinner. Under Dillon, the outsourcing of STI frames to Dasan Machineries of South Korea was experimented with. Dillon then left STI to take the Noveske job. Upon being forced out at Noveske, Dillon deployed his golden parachute to land a gig at Dasan USA. That didn’t last long either.
