Sometime ago, I was talking to Alan Tillman on the phone and he casually suggested that I call his friend Alex Hamilton in San Antonio who owns and operates Ten Ring Precision. So I did, and here it is. 1967 Colt in .45 ACP with hand checkering, French borders, Kart pipe, blended beavertail, and a low mount Bomar sight–all shod in desert ironwood grips by my man Jon Aho @highfiguregrips. Alex is a long standing member of the Pistolsmiths Guild and was Pistolsmith of the Year in 1993. Have a great weekend.
