Woo hoo! This feels like when the AWB ended! Except that happened all of a sudden overnight, whereas this has been tottering for over two months now.
Strong recommend that everyone who is planning to take advantage of this newfound freedom join one of the gun rights groups that puts you explicitly in the protected class. GOA membership is cheap.

I will adopt your firearms and promise them a good home/care and some future family members they will be glad to meet/vacation in sand pits etc. together.
Destroying them is just silly and want to save you the emotional headache of having to turn them in and hoping they get adopted into good homes.

Jokes aside, yeah, make sure you’re in the protected class. Join GOA—I think it’s $25, which will barely buy you a sandwich these days.
Dems are gonna Dem, for sure. But a federal judge prohibited the ATF from enforcing these portions of the NFA against members of the protected class, and even Democrats won’t just disregard that.
Oh, and go vote, too. That will help.
