This Custom Argentine Ballester-Molina is a really cool example of a covert carry gun built by Tim LaFrance. Tim started La France Specialties in 1973 and ran it for over 30 years, making some of the coolest NPE Carry guns, and covert style weapons, like this little pocket 45.
