1993 Colt Combat Elite
Today we are going to look at a 1911 that belongs to a friend of mine. Made in 1993 this is the Combat Elite with the adjustable sights. He had bought this gun from a fellow around 1999 if my memory serves and carried it as his EDC until fairly recently. His ’93 Combat EliteContinue reading “1993 Colt Combat Elite”
75Gr Hornady TAP On Deer
I always hated something about the hunting forum on the now super cringe and gay, AR15.com. The vast majority of the members wanted to know how various premium bullets would perform. Not on paper, not on gel. On something alive. Something roughly the size of a man. The boys hunting hogs and deer would getContinue reading “75Gr Hornady TAP On Deer”

The market answered, after a fashion: cut-down versions of pistols wereContinue reading “DEVEL Compacts”

.45 ACP Ball Case Of Ammo
Here is something I had heard of but never saw before. This case of .45 ammo from the war era. Best part, it has never been opened. Whenever I see something like this, I instantly want to have it. But later as I think about it and wonder, ” what would be the point?” IContinue reading “.45 ACP Ball Case Of Ammo”
